To get this rare item, you must combine various materials found in different areas you can explore. Three Prismatic Stones make up the Prism of Jealousy, including a Yellow, Blue, and Red variant of the Stones. Each of these is found when you use the Shovel weapon to dig in certain places among the worlds you visit during a run. You can get this weapon using any archetype build in when you purchase it from the vendor Brabus, who you can find at Ward 13.
The Yellow variant of a Prismatic Stone can also be found in Ward 13, not too far from where you can speak to Brabus. When you get to this world, head to the firing range, where you may have experimented with different weapons. Go to the left corner of the range past the booths for shooting until you see the piled-up sandbags lying next to the area's fenced perimeter.
