The Gunpowder, Treason and Plot Commendation in Sea of Thieves requires you to start a fire on another crew’s ship by setting off a Firework. To view this Commendation in the menus, head over to the Pirate Log tab, select Reputation, Bilge Rats, then Buried Treasure, and you should see the Commendation tile on the bottom-right corner of the first page.
