The Mystic Hardfang is a Rarity-8 Monster Material in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak and is used to forge and upgrade a variety of Master Rank weapons and armor. Specifically, this Monster Material is required for crafting the Hard Satiated Jewel 4, Hard Wall Run Jewel 4, Die Walküre+, Khezu Coil X, Khezu Vambraces X, Khezu Greaves X, and Squire's Braces. Additionally, players need Mystic Hardfangs for upgrading weapons in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, including the Die Walküre+, Painful Razor+, and Khezu Flute+.

As the names of some of the gear pieces above suggest, the Mystic Hardfang is a Monster Material acquired from Master Rank Flying Wyvern known as Khezu. Khezu is weak to Fire-type attacks and susceptible to Poison, Fireblight, and Blast. Since breaking its Head is the main objective in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, Hunters will need to use Projectile or Sever weapon damage to break the monster part.
