Nicole’s Office is near the stasis refill chamber. Once inside, pick up the audio log, and it will begin the side quest in .
After that, Isaac will have to find Nicole’s Secret Office, which is within the Diagnostics Room of the ER. Getting to the ER is part of the main objective, and Isaac will have upgraded his gear in to unlock Kinesis by now. Once in Diagnostics, there will be operating tables scattered around, one of which has a stuttering hologram of Nicole. The objective will update to following the hologram.
