These codes can then be redeemed for a very limited time, granting players several in-game rewards, including the currency used to buy Star Rail Passes, which are then used to participate in the gacha banner system and acquire new characters and Light Cones. Nevertheless, the livestream’s main focus is presenting the new upcoming content, and there seems to be a lot of that inbound in Version 1.5, even if story content is cut back a bit.
