Hogwarts Legacy Shows Off the School's North Tower
Avalanche Software first revealed Hogwarts Legacy in 2020 and since then, fans of the Harry Potter series have anticipated being able to explore the school of witchcraft and wizardry on modern consoles. Hogwarts Legacy has now revealed the latest sliver of the magical school being highlighted prior to the release of the game in a clip showing off the North Tower.
The recent Hogwarts Legacy teaser from Avalanche Software primarily centers on the centaur influence on the North Tower's art design, with multiple sculptures and tapestries reflecting the magical beast featured in multiple movies. The most recent Harry Potter games to be released were mobile games Wizards Unite and Hogwarts Mystery which both use the mobile interface to make unique experiences for fans of the franchise. The last console Harry Potter games that were released wound up on the seventh generation of consoles, leaving one full generation currently void of Potter-related games.

Hogwarts Legacy's North Tower is also known as the Divination tower and its video begins by showing a centaur sculpture that stands on a pedestal a few feet in front of a green vase and is holding an arrow to a bow in an action pose. The vase's green color is further reflected as the camera cuts to a large tapestry that shows another bow-equipped centaur walking through a thick green forest that has accents of light brown and gold that are contrasted by the darkness of the woods.
