A Hogwarts Legacy player recently shared footage of a unique building in Hogsmeade that has three different versions depending on which door players use to enter it. The main draw of Hogwarts Legacy may be the massive Hogwarts castle that players are free to explore, but the game's open world is much larger than just the famous wizarding school. Hogwarts Legacy lets players explore the surrounding grounds as well, which includes the village of Hogsmeade.
Hogsmeade is visited numerous times in the Harry Potter books and movies, and so it's no surprise that it plays a key role in Hogwarts Legacy as well. Many players responded to the Reddit post with surprise, as they had never noticed this detail in all their time playing the open world Harry Potter RPG. One user warned about saving in the shop, as it has been known to mess with one's save, but we were unable to replicate the issue in our testing. Hogwarts Legacy fans on PC, Switch, and Xbox will soon have good reason to boot the game back up and return to Hogsmeade for themselves. When Hogwarts Legacy first launched, it did so with PlayStation exclusive DLC that included an entire side quest set in Hogsmeade.
