The Hogwarts Valley Region of is another large region that includes most of the area to the south of Hogwarts. In this region, players will find the villages of Keenbridge and Brocbarrow. It has a lot of open, explorable areas and is one of the first regions that players visit outside of Hogsmeade and Hogwarts.
Players should expect to need to use the following spells:

Lumos: Used to lead moths
Flipendo: Used to flip dice-like cubes
Confringo: Used to light cauldrons and destroy standing stones
Wingardium Leviosa: Used to carry large and small stones to their respective platforms

There are a total of 17 Merlin Trials in the Hogwarts Valley Regionof
Remember that activating each trial will require a Mallowsweet, of which the seeds can be purchased from The Magic Neep in Hogsmeade.
This puzzle is a standing stones puzzle. Simply blast five standing stones with Confringo or a Force spell. All five are viewable from the activation point.
This puzzle in involves lighting cubes by leading effervescent moths to them. UseLumos to attract the moths and lead them to the three cubes to light them.
This puzzle is a platforming trial. Climb up the hill behind the stacked stones and then run across them, jumping across the gaps as needed. If the player falls, the trial will reset.
