Swarms of Vex Goblins all the way up to Hive gods like Oryx and Xul have been on the receiving end of this wrath and don't always get the chance to give it back to the light-wielding warriors. However, sometimes the enemies of the Last City get their licks in on a guardian, as one player's encounter with a dreg shows.
Destiny 2 players will be able to flex their powers, along with a suite of new weapons, when The Witch Queen expansion releases in February 2022. The latest addition to guardians' arsenals is the glaive, a new melee weapon in the energy slot which can also fire mid-range projectiles. As for powers, Void subclasses will be getting a full rework to bring it in-line with Stasis' fragment and aspect system as it relates to player abilities.
