In the second chapter of Never Alone, the two main protagonists continue on their journey. And they discover that polar bears aren't the only obstacle in their path as they have to fight against the wind. On many occasions during the level, strong gales appear and push both characters back, making platforming extra difficult.

That's not the only thing introduced in this chapter as wall jumps and helpful spirits also appear in this one. Both of those things are directly related to the fox as the level is about showing what the animal can do. Here's how to beat the entire chapter.
The first little sequence of the level is simple. All you need to do is run forward and climb up the wall. At the top of it is an owl which signifies a Cultural Insight collectible. You don't need to do anything special to acquire it - just walk past the bird to get the Insight automatically.
Keep walking forward until you get to a tall wall. For this one, you must switch to the fox and rapidly press the jump button to clamber up it. Once you get to the top, the animal automatically kicks down a rope for Nuna. So, switch to the girl and hold 'up' when you're at the rope to climb it.
After getting over the wall, continue forward until you're blown back by a strong gust of wind. When it's gone, you can drop into the little gap in front of you to wait for the next gale to pass.
Then keep following the path until you slide down a slope. At this point, some more wind appears. But by pressing the button that appears on the screen, you can force your characters to brace to stop the wind from pushing you too far back.
