For the last couple of months, fans of Halo Infinite have been quite starved for new content. While many players enjoyed the single-player campaign and the various multiplayer modes that were included at launch, there hasn't been that much by way of additional modes or content for Halo Infinite since release. However, according to 343 Industries' latest update via Halo Waypoint, that all could change rather soon.
When it first launched, Halo Infinite was missing a number of expected features and modes that had appeared across numerous entries in the Halo series. This included Forge mode, co-op mode for Halo Infinite's campaign, and additional multiplayer modes that were also present in previous installments, such as King of the Hill. Luckily, 343 Industries has since provided fans with a better idea of when and what to expect from Halo Infinite in the months to come.

Over on Twitter, the official Halo account revealed that a new roadmap for Halo Infinite Season 2, along with new details regarding fan requested content, was posted on Halo Waypoint. The roadmap explains that campaign co-op is expected to release in August 2022, with the open beta for Forge mode having a targeted release date of September 2022.
In addition to campaign co-op and Forge mode, the roadmap also showed off new game modes for Halo Infinite, which included King of the Hill, Land Grab, and Last Spartan Standing. It appears these modes, along with two new maps, will be the most immediate pieces of new content releasing next month.
