While the Halo series is iconic for many reasons, one aspect of the games that many people love is vehicle gameplay. From the classic Warthog to the massive Wraith, the transports in the franchise help add excitement to battles featured in the games. However, some believe that the series' most recent installment, Halo Infinite, is underselling its vehicles in one significant way.
In a post on Reddit, a user known as Jetsflighter pointed out a problem that Halo Infinite had with explosions. According to the Reddit user, the explosions seen in the first-person shooter for the destruction of vehicles were, for the most part, too small. To illustrate this point, they shared a clip that showed two explosions from the game.

The first explosion was of a Phantom after it was shot out of the sky by a UNSC Scorpion tank, while the second one was of the Master Chief taking down the Adjatunt Resolution, a boss fight in the game. Interestingly, the explosions from the Adjatunt Resolution battle looked much more impressive than those for the massive Banished transport vessel. This caused Jetsflighter to ask the question: “Dear 343, can we get vehicle explosions like this, please?”
Since posting this video on Reddit, many Halo fans were quick to weigh in with their opinions on the matter. With over 6.1K upvotes in only a day, many agreed with Jetsflighter.
