In a recent interview, Take-Two's CEO, Strauss Zelnick, claimed Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition's one glitch had been resolved; however, Rockstar Games just announced plans to deploy a patch packed with game fixes next week. Zelnick made the statement in question while speaking with CNBC about the issues plaguing GTA Trilogy across PC and consoles. The CEO's words confused many, particularly those well aware of the myriad problems that have affected the collection since its launch in November 2021.
From day one, the GTA Trilogy suffered from framerate drops, graphical hitches, and a wide array of gameplay-related bugs across all platforms. And, for a time, PC players who could only purchase the remasters through Rockstar's launcher found themselves unable to access their goods. While the studio has since fixed this particular error and more than one hundred others, players continue to encounter major errors. Earlier this year, for instance, GTA 3 users discovered an Achievement-blocking glitch. Others stumbled across a San Andreas bug that prevented them from popping wheelies on bicycles. Fortunately, Rockstar Games continues working towards improving upon the experience.

These fixes, which presently remain unspecified, will go live across all platforms, according to the social media post.
