Google Pixel 6a just made its global debut and it will be arriving in India too! The Pixel 6a debuted at the Google I/O 2022 consumer event on May 11, but when it will hit the Indian market is still a secret. However, the latest leak seems to unveil the most asked questions about Google Pixel 6a - when it is launching in India and how much it will cost you?
Tipster Yogesh Brar revealed the expected Google Pixel 6a price in India. He has tweeted that Pixel 6a price in India will be close to Rs. 40,000. And when is it going to launch here? According to his tweet, it will be available soon in India through Flipkart. It is most likely to be launched by the end of July 2022.
On the other hand, Google is silent about the official launch details of Pixel 6a in India. However, after the global announcement at the I/O 2022 keynote, at least this is confirmed that Google Pixel 6a will be launching in India. The price of Pixel 6a is $449 in the US for the basic 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. This will go on pre-order in the US from July 21.
Google Pixel 6a has a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It comes up with a Google Tensor chip along with the Titan M2 security chip with a single variant of 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Pixel 6a will be powered by a 4400mAh battery with 18W wired charging support. There will be a dual rear camera setup that will have a 12.2MP primary sensor along with a 12MP ultra-wide shooter for photography. However, for selfies and video chats, the Pixel 6a comes with an 8MP selfie camera sensor at the front.
Some other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, a wide range of connectivity options that include 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, USB Type-C port, and Bluetooth version 5.2.
