A new Genshin Impact leak reveals that players might receive a free four-star character in one of the upcoming updates. Developer HoYoverse often gives out a free copy of a four-star character for players who finish the quests that are limited for that update.
The second phase of the ongoing version 3.0 has introduced one new character named Dori. A popular Genshin Impact leaker named Ubatcha1 has revealed that players will apparently be gifted a free version of the recently released four-star Electro user.

According to the leaker, Dori will be given out for free in update 3.2 which is scheduled for the start of November. She is part of the ongoing second phase double banner for Genshin Impact version 3.0 which features two popular five-star characters, Ganyu and Kokomi. This means that players who want to pull on the current banner for the sole reason of getting Dori should probably wait for 3.2 in order to avoid the risk of acquiring an unwanted five-star and ruining their 90-wish pity.
Dori is one of the more interesting characters in the new Sumeru region where she plays the role of a powerful merchant whose world revolves around gathering as much Mora as possible. Besides being the most skillful trader in Sumeru, Dori is also a very good fighter. Many players were hoping that HoYoverse would be giving out a free Dori copy in the ongoing update, but this was sadly not the case probably because another four-star character named Collei already arrived for free.
