The addition of the new Dendro element in the upcoming Genshin Impact update 3.0 will significantly impact the current character meta. The game's combat system is based on triggering elemental reactions in order to increase a party's damage potential.
Dendro will introduce a number of Genshin Impact new elemental reactions which seem much more complex than the current ones. One of those reactions is named Quicken which can be triggered by combining Electro with Dendro.

Quicken also has two additional sub-reactions called Aggravate and Spread. Applying additional Electro damage to a character that is affected by Quicken will trigger Aggravate which increases Electro character's damage. Unlike other similar elemental reactions like Superconduct, Quicken can actually be removed from enemies similar to Freeze. One of the most important things about Aggravate is the fact that its damage scales with Elemental Mastery which seems to be a common occurrence for the new Dendro elemental reactions. However, when it comes to the most popular Electro character, Raiden Shogun, players should prefer having a higher Attack percentage than Elemental Mastery. According to the post, the three support characters that will receive major damage buffs are Fischl, Yae Miko and Kuki Shinobu. Fischl is considered one of, if not the best Electro support at the moment as she has the potential to deal constant Electro damage even when she's not on the field.
