Scaramouche of Genshin Impact is one of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. Having appeared in the Unreconciled Stars event in Genshin Impact version 1.1, he was one of the first Harbingers to be introduced to players. Since then, he’s appeared in permanent content, notably during an Archon Quest set in Inazuma.

He’s also been mentioned in the Genshin Impact trailer that showcased the rest of the Harbingers, and it’s been hinted that he’s gone rogue with the Electro Gnosis.
