Collei in Genshin Impact was a victim of the Fatui’s experimentation, but she somehow managed to escape. Her journey led her to Mondstadt, where she later met Amber and other Knights of Favonius characters like Jean, Lisa, and Kaeya. At the end of the Genshin Impact manga, she decides to go with Cyno to Sumeru, where she resides now.

Although initially hesitant, Collei accepts Amber as a friend in the end, and her fondness for the Outrider can be seen in many places in the game. For example, her Exploration Passive is similar to Amber, but instead of “Gliding Champion of Mondstadt”, it’s called “Gliding Champion of Sumeru”. Unfortunately, though, in Collei’s best team compositions in Genshin Impact, Amber doesn’t really fit in.
In this Genshin Impact Collei team composition, Collei will perform as the support for Tighnari. With 4pc Deepwood Memories, she will reduce the enemy’s Dendro RES for Tighnari to deal higher damage. Some of her hits will also be enhanced by the Quicken and Spread Elemental Reaction in Genshin Impact, thanks to Yae Miko’s Electro application.
Nevertheless, in this Collei team comp, Yae Miko can be replaced by other Electro enablers like Raiden Shogun, Kuki Shinobu, or Fischl. Meanwhile, Venti’s place can be taken by Kaedehara Kazuha or Sucrose.
This Collei team comp also focuses on the Quicken Elemental Reaction. However, instead of supporting Dendro characters, Collei is here to boost Electro units. Because of this, Collei should not use 4pc Deepwood Memories and should instead use other supportive artifacts like 4pc Noblesse Oblige or 4pc Instructor.
