Fortnite is no stranger to adding in new skins based on celebrities and iconic pop culture characters. Just in the past year alone, Epic Games has added skins from Indiana Jones, the MCU, and Star Wars, with there being a rumor of Dragon Ball characters being added soon as well.
The next skin to come to the ever-popular battle royale game is none other than the 16-time WWE champion, John Cena, who has made himself a sort of a household name at this point, even to people who aren't at all familiar with the world of wrestling. Thanks to John Cena's many partnerships and acting chops, he's everywhere right now.
Fortnite’s Split-Screen Should Be Applied to Other Battle Royales
Yes, John Cena will soon have a skin available in Fortnite, but players will only have only one way to get their hands on it, as well as the other themed cosmetics.
As of the time of writing, the John Cena Outfit can only be purchased via the Fortnite Item Shop starting July 28, 2022, at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT. The Outfit pack will come with the Entrance Gear and Ring Gear Styles (shown in the featured image of this guide).
The WWE Championship Title Back Bling is also included with the John Cena outfit, but the Five Digit Slapper Pickaxe and the U Can't C Me Emote will be part of the set, which typically costs more than the base skin.
There's no information from Epic Games just yet on how much the new outfit will cost once it hits the stores, but it'll probably fall in the 1800-2000 V-Buck range.
