We reported on Fortnite's incredible resurgence shortly after the release of the 'Fortnite OG' update, with the game nearly breaking past six million concurrent users, and while those numbers were indeed surprising, they didn't break an all time record. That record goes to the 12 million concurrent users that showed up for Travis Scott's Fortnite concert in 2020.
Breaking a single day total player record five years after launch? Now that's impressive.
