Rockstar Games has confirmed that the first GTA VI trailer will be premiered on Tuesday, December 5, 2023.
The eyes of many gamers will be glued to their screens in the lead-up to Tuesday’s GTA VI trailer when it goes live at 9 AM PT/5 PM GMT.

Last month, Rockstar’s Sam Houser thanked GTA fans for 25 years of the franchise and revealed the first look at GTA VI would be coming this month.
The game is set in a fictional Miami, also known as Vice City, in the Grand Theft Auto world. A hack revealed the location and that the game features two protagonists. Two UK teens were charged over the hack.
It’s been a decade since the launch of GTA V and its massively successful multiplayer counterpart GTA Online. This represents the longest wait between GTA games in the series’ history (there were five years between GTA IV and GTA V).
Despite the excitement the traielr will bring, things have been a bit sour since Rockstar’s last major release, 2018’s Red Dead Redemption 2. The company was mired in controversy for its poor work culture, and in its last dalliance with GTA, it faced massive backlash for the poor state of the GTA Trilogy remasters of GTA III, GTA Vice City, and GTA San Andreas. It has also lost founder Dan Houser in that time.
