Talent alone is not enough to guarantee success though, as current Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri will know all too well. In order to get the best out of this Juventus side, both he and FIFA 23 players will need to find the best formation to use in matches, not to mention the best starting 11.
Much like with Bayern Munich, finding the best setup for Juventus in FIFA 23 is more about rearranging the spokes than it is reinventing the wheel. Given the strengths and weaknesses of the squad, the default 4-3-3 Holding formation is arguably the best option when it comes to setup, though players will need to do quite a bit of tweaking in order to find the best starting 11 to go with it.
Thankfully, the number nine position is pretty straightforward, with Vlahović being the obvious choice. Likewise, Di Maria is the best right winger at the club, but things get a little more complicated over on the opposite flank. Though Kostić is rated a little higher, players would be foolish not to start Federico Chiesa in the left wing berth, forcing players to move Kostić to the left of the midfield three beside Paul Pogba and just ahead of Locatelli.
