HBO Max's FBoy Island season 2 released the first three episodes where Mia Emani Jones, Louise Barnard, and Tamaris Sepulveda dumped nine men. Season 1 of the hit reality series had 27 contestants competing for three women and $100,000. Season 2 promised surprises, and with 30 men, it means there are more broken-hearted Nice Guys and vindictive FBoys booted.
FBoy Island is a deliciously shallow, tongue-in-cheek show with campy zingers uttered by host and comedian Nikki Glaser. Ultimately, it is not about the women finding love but more about blurring the lines between Nice Guys and FBoys. With a name like FBoy Island, FBoys are the natural focus, with the big question being if one wins, will he choose love and $50,000, or will he take the $100,000 and run?

Mia, Louise, and Tamaris have worked hard finding Nice Guys and FBoys. Together, the women have used their FBoy detection to weed out a respectable number of men just looking for a hookup and reality TV fame. While speaking with Variety, Nikki, the Fboy Island host, had an interesting take on the «F» in FBoy. She explained, "I always say, ‘Fboy: the F stands for Fragile more than anything.’ You can try to define an FBoy as just a heartless monster who just has a huge ego and doesn’t care about anyone but himself, but it really is just a Fearful Boy. He’s just scared. And I love seeing that vulnerability in these guys.” With how the dumped FBoys have reacted, she may be on to something in her assessment of Fboy Island's more duplicitous candidates. In the first three episodes, the women were able to send some defiant FBoys to Limbro.
