FBoy Island season 2 episode 6 left fans at a cliffhanger after revealing if 11 of the remaining contestants are Nice Guys or FBoys. After the big reveal in season 1, the Nice Guys had some breathing room, while the FBoys had to prove that they could change and deserved the chance to stay. Sarah Emig, Nakia Renee, and CJ Franco could more easily eliminate FBoys they had lukewarm feelings for and develop deeper connections with the Nice Guys.
In the end, Sarah and Nakia knowingly chose FBoys. While Nakia's FBoy became a Nice Guy, splitting the $100K prize with her, Garrett became King FBoy when he decided to keep the money for himself, ditching Sarah. Sarah would have been wise to pay attention to the FBoy red flags, instead choosing Nice Guy Josh McDonald, with whom she also had a deep connection. The season 2 women would do well to take notice of the guys' revealed statuses, especially when it comes to Louise Barnard trusting FBoy Mercedes Knox.

Sarah told Insider she "has no regrets" over choosing Garrett, saying, "Any person with logic would not have chosen him. I just laughed like, this is funny, this is what I deserve. But, also a lot of women can relate to that, too, where they give a guy a lot of chances and try to see the good in someone, and it just ends up not working out." For CJ, though, knowing that Casey Johnson, who has returned for FBoy Island season 2, was an FBoy, impacted her choice when she chose New Jarred Evans over Casey, shocking fans. Once FBoys and Nice Guys are revealed, it changes the dynamics of the contestants' relationships.
