Fallout 4 has a variety of different junk items you can find and break down for precious building materials, most of which are pre-war items from before the bombs dropped. One such item is a family board game known as Blast Radius, which you can find scattered across the Commonwealth in a variety of locations. However, even though Bethesda has gone out of its way to create a ficticous board game to make its world feel just that tiny bit more fleshed out, it's never really explained how you'd play it outside of a picture of two children on the front of the box.
That hasn't stopped one rather creative Fallout fan from making their own version of Blast Radius though, and they've even managed to create a fully functional, real-life board game out of the concept. First shared to the Fallout 4 subreddit, u/ypco shares an image of the board for their game, a bunch of cards depicting Fallout 4 perks, and some cute player pieces with various characters on them.

Of course, u/ypco could have just easily printed out some cards and claimed they made Blast Radius, but that's why they've also explained the game's rules and how to play. Obviously, Blast Radius doesn't have a rulebook that comes with it in Fallout 4, so u/ypco has fashioned their own rules similar to The Game of Life board game by Hasbro.
