Releasing in 2015, many would consider Fallout 4 to be the last decent entry in the series, what with the overall reception of 76. With Fallout 5 now confirmed by Bethesda, the long-running post-apocalyptic franchise could well go back to what made the games great before the 2018 entry. In the meantime, fans can keep themselves busy with the slew of mods that are available, and a new one for the fourth entry adds a lot more creatures to the wasteland.
Created by Delicon20, «Mutant Menagerie: Nuclear Safari» is a custom mod for Fallout 4 that comes packed with new content. As the name suggests, this add-on brings new mutated creatures to Boston, specifically to Nuka-World. The description says that players will discover exotic beasts and more «classic creatures» like giraffes. This is actually an extension of a couple of previous «Mutant Menagerie» mods, as noted by DSO Gaming, and implements some assets from the previous iterations while also adding new things. On top of this, there are some new recipes and high-level world bosses.

In the vanilla experience alone, Fallout 4 has a lot of tough encounters from the likes of Deathclaws and Super Mutant Behemoths. With this latest installment of «Mutant Menagerie,» it sounds like players are going to have more to deal with as they explore the world. Of course, there are some passive creatures as well, so it doesn't seem like all these new beasts are going to be hostile.
