Codemasters has released the third in a series of deep dive trailers for F1 24, this time digging into the track and driver updates that we’ll see in the yearly sports series. F1 24 is coming out on 31st May (with three days early access for special editions) across PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One and PC.
All 24 circuits from the 2024 calendar are featured in the game, but with no new additions by F1, Codemasters has been able to focus on rebuilding and improving what was in the game last year.

Then they’ve reprofiled ‘No Name’ corner and the Bus Stop chicane, and added a gravel trap at Bruxelles. Some of the other scenery has been tweaked to match reality better.
They’ve also revisited their work for the Lusail International Circuit in Qatar and Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah Corniche Circuit to bring them closer to the real-world counterparts.
All of the 20 current drivers are in the game, as is the field of junior drivers in F2 – the 2023 season is in the game at launch with the 2024 F2 season coming in a free update – but there’s also some new Icons which you can hire in a My Team career with F1 Sim Racing champions Lucas Blakeley, Jarno Opmeer, and David Tonizza available for all. F1 24 Champions Edition will have exclusive access to 1976 champion James Hunt and 7x race winner Juan Pablo Montoya.
As previously detailed in the Career breakdown – see our preview here – you can now step into the boots of your favourite driver, whether that’s an F1, F2 or Icon driver that is in the game, and take them through a
