The new charms include Heart Ring, which restores one HP for the first, third, and sixth parry, and the mysterious Broken Relic, which can be used to solve the tombstone puzzle in Cuphead: DLC.

The Broken Relic is used on Island IV, but the Heart Ring charm would be pointless to purchase for boss fights unless switching characters.
There are a few coins to collect around Island IV, as well as money rewards for defeating each of The King's Leap bosses.
