The game contains multiple endings to its main story, one coming right near the start of your conversation with Micah, and each leads to a different outcome in the romantic thread. For all you completionists out there, here's how to get them all.
You get these endings by giving a negative response to questions where Micah asks whether you have mutual feelings. This comes up twice in the game and both times is after you respond with a negative to the first and second in a sequence of questions.
On the first day, during the video call and after Micah has a present delivered to you, you can playfully say "Whatever stalker. ;p"
He doesn't deny this, but plays into your teasing by stating that he would only "stalk" you if you were comfortable with it.
After this, you can state "I feel uncomfortable." if you don't want to go down this teasing road. If so this communication with Micah will be cut, and he will lament over the way he thought he was picking up a vibe, but wasn't.
On day three, Micah will say at some point that "The only thing that would make me happier is if you admit your feelings," to which if you respond "In your dreams," he will ask sincerely, "Did you want me to stop?"
If instead of the two more teasing options you select "-Yes, I want you to stop-", this will also lead to a disconnection of communications and Micah's self-pitying.
