Sealed Tunnel is a cave system in the heart of the Atlus Plateau in Elden Ring. It's full of illusionary walls and is the key to reaching the Divine Tower of West Atlus. The entrance to the tunnel is hidden away below the outskirts of Leyndell, Royal Capital. To get there, you must start from the Minor Erdtree Church Site of Grace or the Outer Wall Phantom Tree Site of Grace.

To the North-East, there are some long rocks you can jump down onto and reach a lower river area. There is an invisible teardrop scarab here. Head South to find the entrance to the cave.
At first glance, this just looks like a small cave with nowhere to go. To the right of the Grace and Statue of Marika, there is an illusionary wall.
This will lead you to the true cave system. There will be tough-skinned miners here working hard. Smithing Stones (5)-(6) can be found around these enemies. Also, up the short steps is a Golden Rune.
Again, it will seem like this is it for the cave. Below the rafters and steps is a Militiaman waiting to get the jump on you. In front of him is a chest containing Smithing-Stone Miner's Bell Bearing. Hit the wall behind the chest to reveal a fake wall.
The next path will lead you to a wooden lift that leads to another dead end with tree roots. There are safe ledges you can drop down onto, instead of using the lift, to collect more Smithing Stones. Hit or roll into the wall just in the middle of the roots that lay in front of the lift. You'll find a corpse with a Golden Rune. Hit the wall behind the corpse.
