A Reddit user named LordTexugo shares a montage of their kills. They use the Mimic's Veil item to disguise themselves as an object and wait for the host to climb a nearby ladder. As soon the host starts climbing, LordTexugo hits them from below, defeating them in one attack. LordTexugo disguises themselves as a statue in the first clip but switches to a candle for the rest of the video. The invader waves at their opponents after each kill, teasing them for not seeing through their disguise.
Due to the narrow playable area and linear design, Elden Ring Catacombs are perfect for users to try out this strategy.
