GTacade has announced that Eastern Odyssey, a new silkpunk gacha strategy RPG, is now officially available for pre-registration. The closed beta has also begun! Taking inspiration from the iconic story of The Journey to the West, Eastern Odyssey takes palace in a world that fuses sci-fi and RPG fantasy to tell an engaging, multicultural story. Take the Silk Road that links the ancient East and West in the parallel world of the Grand Tang, starting in Chang’an. Embark on an epic journey to fight and restore peace.

While Mana Energy has allowed the Kingdom of Grand Tang to experience 300 years of untold industrial prosperity. For every positive, there is a negative force. The faction Miasma sends anything it touches into a state of lunacy. Consequently, Miasma threatens the very prosperity the world has come to know!

Players must play the role of a seeker and take part in an epic adventure to face this grave threat and reverse it for good. Featuring a compelling narrative and an engrossing soundtrack. Eastern Odyssey will see players meet a diverse cast of characters from the world’s four factions. The “Meruvian” and “Eternals” are two groups of deities that work to preserve the world’s order. The humans of the “Azure” utilize Mana technology for various purposes, and the “Wanling” include plants and animals with peculiar skills.

The gameplay employs a complex strategic card format with countless lineups and team options. Players must use every character to their highest potential to win, changing some into SSR characters with special skills and advantages.
