Does Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness have an after-credits scene that sets up any Marvel Cinematic Universe movies? Though Scott Derrickson was originally set to return for Doctor Strange 2, Sam Raimi ended up in the director's chair for the highly-anticipated sequel. While embracing the horror side of the mystic arts, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will investigate all aspects of the franchise's alternate universes as a new villain comes to light. While the Doctor Strange sequel will bring back Karl Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor), Wong (Benedict Wong), and Christine Palmer (Rachel McAdams), the follow-up will also bring in Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and America Chavez (Xochitl Gomez) as key allies.
