Experience also referred to as EXP, is a resource in Disgaea 6 Complete used for leveling characters, which increases their stats and combat capabilities. Characters can gain EXP from a variety of activities such as killing enemies, destroying objects, or achieving match bonuses. The more Experience a unit acquires, the higher their level will be, allowing them to take on stronger enemies within more challenging areas in Disgaea 6. Before discussing the best spots to farm levels in Disgaea 6 Complete, players should be aware of how EXP is earned. The Experience gained is placed into a «pot» at the end of the Stage. This EXP is then distributed to each character present. Therefore, the only unit that requires EXP-boosting Evilities is the character doing the killing.
