There's no shortage of interesting and unique ways to kill people in the Marvel universe, but the way Cyclops died showed that Quicksilver is better at it than anyone else. This happens in the Ultimate Universe crossover event Ultimatum. The series was written by Jeph Loeb and illustrated by David Finch.
Although it's had a largely negative legacy in recent years, Ultimatum was a pivotal moment in the ultimate universe. The premise was Magneto shifted the Earth's magnetic poles, causing massive environmental disruptions that killed a lot of people across the globe. In fact, the main purpose of the entire series was to kill off characters as a sort of a soft reboot for the Ultimate Universe. Such character deaths included Angel, Daredevil, and even Wolverine.

The X-Men eventually catch up with Magneto and Cyclops killed him with a point-blank optic blast. In retaliation, Quicksilver kills Cyclops with super speed by jamming a bullet into his head. This gives the impression that he was shot. And if this unbelievably clever way of murder is translated to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, then there would be no way to stop him. However, Quicksilver's MCU appearance was brief. He was a bad guy for only half a movie, so he never really had a chance to showcase his darker side. Maybe the fake version of Quicksilver that showed up in WandaVision would have had more creative uses for the powers, but he was more of a nuisance than a straight-up killer.
