Crime Boss: Rockay City Gets First DLC Weapon Pack, Major Update
Publisher 505 Games and developer InGame Studios have announced that star-studded co-op shooter Crime Boss: Rockay City has gotten its first weapon pack DLC. The DLC, dubbed the Tactical Weapon Pack, is available for free for a limited time, and includes the Slate 36 semi-automatic rifle, the Fiver Tactical handgun, the Bohema automatic pistol, and the Urban Sweeper shotgun.
Alongside the release of the Tactical Weapon Pack, Crime Boss: Rockay City has also gotten a major new update that brings with it improvements to the gameplay, new features, and quality of life updates. The update is available on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
A big new feature in the game is the addition of the Respect stat for the title’s Crime Time game mode. The Respect stat goes up or down depending on the success of missions. Higher Respect levels unlock additional missions, as well as weapon rewards and character ranks. Players will have to find a balance between their Respect and HEAT levels, leading to a risk vs reward tradeoff.
