The struggle is real for Craig Robinson in the trailer for Peacock's new series, Killing It. The show comes from the minds of Brooklyn Nine-Nine co-creator Dan Goor and writer and EP from the same, Luke Del Tredici. Besides working together on the cop workplace comedy, where Robinson appeared as Doug Judy, a.k.a. The Pontiac Bandit, Robinson and Goor also worked together bringing laughs and heart to The Office.
Killing It stars the affable Robinson as a prison guard unable to get a loan to buy some land of his own, while dealing with raising a daughter with an ex who might move her to another state. His problems come with an unexpected solution in the form of a chatty Australian rideshare driver taking part in a $20,000 Burmese python hunting contest. The show co-stars Claudia O'Doherty (Netflix's Love) as the rideshare driver who teams up Robinson, alongside Rell Battle, Scott MacArthur, Stephanie Nogueras, Wyatt Walter and Jet Miller. Ace comedic actors John Early, Tim Heidecker, and D'Arcy Carden appear to guest as well.
