The new Legendary upgrade currency, Cosmic Flux, drops from Zereth Mortis and most end-game activities in Patch 9.2. The currency has finally been implemented on the latest PTR build, allowing to see how much we get per week. Cosmic Flux from TorghastCosmic Flux drops from Layers 13 through 16 in Torghast. The below amounts are the rewards for completing each new layer. If you complete Layer 16, remember that you'll get all the rewards from lower layers, totaling 1150 Soul Ash, 470 Soul Cinders and 100 Cosmic Flux per Layer 16 clear.
