Conquer’s Blade’s new season, Leonides’ Glory, is now live, taking us to Sparta (and yes, you can unleash a Spartan kick to your enemies).
The new season runs through January 19th and comes with three new units, a brand new map inspired by the Spartan warriors’ stand at Thermopylae, and the addition of a spear and shield weapon set. The overall theme is to embody the Spartan code and to feel like you are resilient and strategic and courageous as a Spartan warrior and of course, Spartan leader.
After all, you are the leader here and you’ll have to determine how best to use your units. The new units are the Helots Auxiliary, the Laconic Javelins (inspired by the non-Spartan merchant and artisan support allies, the Perioeci), and the Spartan Chosen. Set your forces forth the new Hot Spring Pass map when it arrives mid-season.
With the shield and spear set, the core mechanisms will let you use side steps to adjust your positioning and always make sure you are facing your enemies head on. as you block and attack your enemies, you accumulate rage. you can do this through Sprint attacks, using skills, and even sidestep and attack. When you accumulate enough rage, then you can choose to go in with the Spartan Kick.
With a new season comes a new battle pass, with level 0 instant reward, the Crimson Warrior’s tunic, available. At level 100, the Warrior Kings’ Panoply is yours.
The new season update also includes server details on the conflict for different regions, a number of fixes, a brand new launcher. More details on Conqueror’s Blade’s Spartan season arein the patch notes.
