Following the delay of Call Of Duty: Warzone’s next season, three new playable operators have been leaked online.
Last week, Activision confirmed that it would be delaying the release of Call Of Duty: Warzone Season 2 (of the post-Call Of Duty: Vanguard era – there’s been way more than two seasons in total) from February 2 to February 14.
Barely a couple of days afterwards, three new playable operators and a map playout, possibly for a new mode, were shared via ZestyLeaks, a Twitter account dedicated to leaking Call Of Duty info.
The associated images have since been deleted due to ‘a report from the copyright holder,’ which basically confirms that the information is legitimate.
The written information is still up, however, and another account, JulesLeaks, has reposted the images for the operators which, at the time of writing, have yet to be taken down.
ZestyLeaks’ original comments say that the three operators are the Canadian-Spanish Thomas, the Austrian Anna, and Gustavo (whose nationality wasn’t shared).
As for why the season was delayed to begin with, it’s due to the ongoing issues Call Of Duty: Warzone players have been dealing with as of late.
‘Currently, our community is experiencing issues across Call Of Duty: Vanguard, Warzone Pacific, and Modern Warfare. We feel your frustrations and hear you loud and clear,’ reads an update on the official website.
‘To date, we’ve deployed a number of updates, but more needs to be done. For this reason, we have decided to reschedule the start of Season Two across Warzone Pacific and Vanguard to February 14.
