In a video posted to Reddit, one Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 fan points out the most absurd design flaw in the Embassy map. The user, who is known by the name shmooze1988, found a window that when broken exposes a toilet facing the outside. The issue here being that a toilet in an embassy would never face a window, sacrificing the privacy of the person using it. This completely takes away from the immersion of the game for some players, as this portion of the map is designed in an unrealistic fashion.
