Originally release for PC VR and Quest at the end of 2022, Broken Edge is coming to PSVR 2 with specific support for adaptive triggers and haptic feedback support on the Sense controllers, and there’s eye-tracking to enhance in-game interactions.
“With the power and unique features of Sony’s PlayStation VR 2, this enhanced version of Broken Edge will offer even more fluid and visceral sword fighting,” said Guillaume Perreault Roy, Game Director at developer Trebuchet. “With PSVR 2’s adaptive triggers, you’ll notice the tension as you unsheathe your blade, and with its haptic feedback, you’ll feel the impact of clashing steel. Coupled with its distinctively vibrant landscapes, Broken Edge on PSVR 2 is a captivating virtual reality experience fit for apprentices and seasoned swordsmen alike.”
The game is currently available to wishlist on the PlayStation Store, but once pre-orders go live, it will be priced at $9.99 and regional equivalents, right in line with
