There are dozens of shrines scattered throughout Hyrule in Zelda: Breath Of The Wild, each with their own mysteries and puzzles to uncover. You can earn a Spirit Orb by completing each shrine, so it's worth finishing all of them if you want Link to become as strong as possible.

The Mezza Lo shrine is unique because there are challenges you have to complete inside and outside of it before you can claim the Spirit Orb. There's a lot to learn about this shrine, including how to get the optional chest inside it, so here's a full guide for how to complete the Mezza Lo shrine in Breath Of The Wild.
First, travel to the location in the picture above and speak to Kass. He'll sing you a song that contains clues as to how you can enter the Mezza Lo shrine. The puzzle is quite simple, you need to bring a Mountain Buck to the shrine's entrance, and then it will appear.
Travel southeast from the Mezza Lo shrine and look for a Mountain Buck. Search around the grassy terrain with trees. These animals are large deer with antlers on their heads. Once you find a Mountain Buck, ride it and press the "L" button to soothe the creature.
Ride the Mountain Buck back to the Mezza Lo shrine and position him directly onto the shrine platform. Now the shrine will appear, and you'll be able to enter it. This also completes "The Crowned Beast" quest.
Upon entering the Mezza Lo Shrine, travel to the right of the entrance and use your Magnesis ability to grab the metal block. Then, take the metal block to the far side of the room, where there will be a pressure plate on a platform, as you can see in the picture above. Drop the metal block onto the pressure plate, and the door to the Spirit Orb
