The Cousins return in the first teaser trailer for Better Call Saul season 6. The silent Cartel hitmen, Leonel and Marco Salamanca, who are more commonly referred to as the Cousins or the Twins, were first introduced during season 3 ofBetter Call Saul's parent series, Breaking Bad. Though their original objective was to enact revenge against Walter White for his role in the death of their cousin, Tuco, they are called off at the last second by Gus Fring, who informs them that DEA Agent Hank Schrader was the man who actually pulled the trigger.
During the parking lot shootout that leaves Hank seriously injured, Marco is killed, and his twin brother Leonel loses both of his legs, though he is also later killed via lethal injection by Mike Ehrmantraut. As a prequel series centering on Walter's criminal lawyer, Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk), the Cousins returned during season 2 of Better Caul Saul and have played prominent roles in the show's Cartel subplots since. While the final season is set to answer major questions regarding Saul's origin story and Kim Wexler's fate, the conflict between Nacha Varga and Lalo Salamanca is also expected to be resolved.

The Salamanca twins will likely be major players in that conflict, and now, the first teaser trailer for Better Call Saul season 6 reveals their return. The promo serves as the first official look at the final season of the AMC series and shows the Cousins arriving on a crime scene (presumably at Lalo's estate) outfitted in their signature ensembles, which most notably include boots tipped with silver skulls.
