Baldur's Gate 3 just got another trailer ahead of its full launch, revealing yet another bad guy. This evil wizard, Gortash, takes the spotlight in this latest teaser, giving us a better idea of what story we can expect to venture through when Baldur's Gate 3 leaves early access on August 31.
This might be one of the final reveals before the big day, as it's not long until we can get stuck into the full Baldur's Gate 3 experience. It comes after almost three years in early access, throughout which the game has been met with an extremely positive reception, building up a whole lot of hype for its final release.

For those of you out of the loop and thinking, hey, that looks pretty neat, then you'll be fine to jump right in as soon as the game launches in August. Don't let the name throw you off, you don't actually have to play the first two Baldur's Gate games to understand what's going on here. I mean, you should, because they are both very, very good. But it's a busy year, so I get it.
As the trailer reminds us, Baldur's Gate 3 is launching on PC and PlayStation. An Xbox release is planned, but it won't be revealed officially until developer Larian has got it up and running on Xbox Series S as well as Series X. Throughout development, Larian hasn't rushed anything, so it isn't surprising to see it be so cautious here. There hasn't been any word on a Switch port, so it's probably safe to rule that out now.
