Ubisoft has extended Assassin's Creed Valhalla's content support into a second year, with the Dawn of Ragnarok DLC launching in just under a month. While the add-on itself will give us plenty to do, it won't take too much free space, just 15GB on your PS5.
That's according to the PlayStation Game Size Twitter account, which monitors game files added to PSN. While Ubisoft has already claimed that Dawn of Ragnarok will take about 40 hours to complete — the length of a large open-world game — you thankfully won't have to delete other titles from your hard drive. At least, if you own Sony's current-gen console.

You should also keep in mind that Dawn of Ragnarok's listed file size of 15GB might vary significantly across other platforms. Ubisoft has not yet officially revealed the exact DLC size for PC, PS4, or Xbox Series X/S, so we'll have to wait for further announcements.
Regardless of how small Dawn of Ragnarok will end up being, it does come with a slight drawback. The DLC is not a standalone project, as it requires the base Assassin's Creed Valhalla game to be installed, which is pretty massive on its own. On PlayStation 5, the game needs almost 80GB of free disk space — that's after Ubisoft has "data restructured" its Viking adventure last December, making it up to 44GB less demanding.
Dawn of Ragnarok will delve deeper into Norse mythology as fans will play as Odin, who enters the mythical dwarven realm of Svartalfheim. From the sound of it, it's the boldest migration from the series' iconic hallmarks to a classic fantasy-RPG formula yet.
