There are a lot of riddles you can find throughout Assassin's Creed Odyssey. The Ainigmata Ostraka in the Artemision Point region is called A Deal For Freedom. All riddles in the game work in the same way. You will first have to find a tablet that will include the riddle, which will give you a hint at its location. After acquiring the tablet go to the area where the engraving is and interact with it.

Acquiring an engraving allows you to put it on your gear to increase your attack, critical rate, or some other stat. Here you can find out how to find the riddle and what the solution to the riddle is.
You will have to go to the Oreos Quarry in the Artemision Point region on Euboea for the tablet. The tablet is sitting on a table located high up on one of the platforms. From the start of the quarry, make your way to the left and climb the walls till you get to the top, where you can see the area with multiple tables on your left.
Interact with the tablet to get the riddle.
The Riddle:
"High on Artemision Point I used to sit. I was cast from Istiaia in a thunderous fit for a crime I was present for, but did not commit. Underneath this marbled beast I grieve and sit, but set me free, wanderer, and to you I'll submit."

The riddle hints at a marbled beast referring to the Bull's statue. This statue is also known as The Bull of Oreos and is located north of Artemision point on the map. Once you arrive at the statue, get to the left side of the shrine. Here you will be able to interact with the engraving. It will give you a 6% increase in Critical Chance when you have low health.
