Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has a type of collectible known as the Anigmata Ostraka. These collectibles are written on stone tablets and act as a riddle. These collectibles hint at a different location where you can find the engraving. Adding engraving to the armor gives you stat bonuses, but only a blacksmith can do this. To complete the puzzle, it is necessary that one finds the riddle tablet and then the engraving.

Order in the Court is another puzzle located around the Port of Piraeus. There is no trophy or achievement related to completing these, so you can focus on those that give better stat bonuses for your gear. Here is where you can find the location of the riddle and the engraving.
To find the tablet, you will need to make your way to the Ariabignes Shipwreck. This area is located between the Isle of Salamis and the Port of Piraeus.
Get to the part of the water body where you can see broken crates floating. Dive here and go deeper to find an underwater shipwreck. The tablet is located on the ship’s body, clearly visible from a great distance.
Interact with the tablet to get the riddle.
The Riddle:
"The Seaman's Judicial Court in the Port of Piraeus is the place where disputes on the open waters are settled. There is something fishy going on amongst the mess of records, and that is where you will find me."
