Players can now sign up for a closed beta for Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade.
Registration is available through the mobile game’s official website.
A new trailer for the game, which premiered during Monday’s Ubisoft Forward showcase, is viewable below.

“Explore the path of Xia in Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade, set in the third century BC, during the time of one of the first unified empires in China,” reads the trailer’s description. “An unprecedented era of trade and cultural exchange between East and West is just beginning, but with this comes new challenges and threats lurking in the shadows.
“From the Great Wall outside of the empire’s borders to the imperial capital of Xianyang, journey through a world filled with ancient history and hidden dangers. Defend against the Xiongnu and work to dismantle conspiracies, taking on greater responsibilities, and facing new challenges.”
More than 20 minutes of Assassin’s Creed: Codename Jade gameplay footage leaked online last year.
“We’re going to have a team internally that’s working with our partner to make sure that the game stays true to what we want our Assassin’s Creed games to be,” Marc-Alexis Cote, vice president and executive producer of the Assassin’s Creed series, told VGC when the game was announced.
“We’re partnering where we feel we need expertise to be able to deliver the experience that our fans deserve.”
Jade is one of six upcoming Assassin’s Creed games discussed during a Ubisoft product showcase in September 2022.
The next console and PC game in the series will be October’s Assassin’s Creed Mirage. The next flagship series entries after Mirage are codenamed Red and Hexe,
