Summoning the Archiereus of Flame
Unlike other quest objectives, it can be summoned multiple times by purchasing multiple Scroll of Challenge from Mistweaver Ku at the Celestial Court. You don't need to be on the quest to summon it!

Respawn Time
The magic about Archiereus of Flame is that the Scroll of Challenge can be used every 5 minutes instead of the 20m respawn from other Timeless Isle rares. It also only takes 30s to become active, unlike other rares that take 60s.

While it spawns 4x faster than other Timeless Isle rares, it provides the same loot as them in every kill:
